WELCOME TO DR. R. GILLELAND’S OFFICE

I did undergraduate work at the University of Pittsburgh and received my DDS degree in 1987 from Emory University in Atlanta. I am currently a member of the following organizations:

I have completed advanced studies in Cosmetic Dentistry, Implants, Anesthesia and Reconstructive Dentistry which includes crown and bridge work, dentures, partials, etc.

I come from a long line of dentists in my family. My grandfather was a dentist, my father is a retired dentist and my brother is a dentist currently practicing in Sarasota.

I worked with a large group practice in Atlanta for three years before relocating to Port Charlotte in early 1990. I have practiced in Port Charlotte for 15 years.

In 1999 I built a new modern, state of the art dental facility located at 2496 Caring Way in Port Charlotte.
